Use of our site
This site is intended for use in the UK by persons over the age of 18 years. Any use outside the UK must be in accordance with any licensing laws of that country and such use is entirely at the users risk.
We reserve the right to change or vary the prices for products and services without notice, prices charged when ordering will be those charged unless customers are requested to seek the price on application. All prices are inclusive of VAT, Duty and other taxes as may be applicable in the UK at the time of ordering.
Customers have the right to cancel their order within seven days of placing their order with Warlingham Wines, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) by e-mailing email@example.com. Customers who chose to cancel their order will have their payment returned to them, within 14 days of Warlingham Wines Ltd receiving the returned goods in good order and all seals being intact. Warlingham Wines Ltd. will arrange for the goods to be collected and a charge of £10.00 per box will be levied on the customer, this sum being deducted from the original payment. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to repack all items in a good and secure manner and deliver the same to the courier company. Warlingham Wines will not take responsibility for any charges or losses incurred buy the customer in the return of the goods. Where the goods are not received by Warlingham Wines Ltd within 14 days of the customer notifying Warlingham Wines of cancelation Warlingham Wines will consider the customer decided not to cancel or return the goods and not make the refund.
Where goods have arrived in a damaged condition or are unfit for purpose i.e. corked, customers are asked to notify Warlingham Wines immediately and a credit note will be raised on their account.
Availability of Products or Services
Warlingham Wines make every effort to provide the wines and services as described. However availability of some wines, vintages and formats vary and where a product is not available a similar product may be substituted at Warlingham Wines discretion.
Amendments to this Site
We reserve the right to amend this site, these Terms and Conditions and operating practices for legal, regulatory, operational or any other reason that we see fit. Such changes may be without notice and Warlingham Wines will bear no responsibility or liability and disclaim any losses however caused by such changes, If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the Site. If you continue to use the Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
Registering to the site or Newsletter
To register on our Site, our Newsletter or purchase products you must be eighteen years of age or more. You must only provide correct information at time of registration. You must inform us immediately of any changes to this information. When you register to use the Site you will choose a password. You must keep this password confidential, secure and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you must notify us immediately.
If we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
Our right to suspend or cancel your registration
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your registration at any time, without notification and at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions. You can cancel your registration at any time by informing us. Any such suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Site shall not affect either party’s statutory rights or liabilities.
We make no promise that the Site or the services on the Site will be available or meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the services will be fault-free. Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted or unavailable for maintenance purposes or to introduction new products or services or remove products or services no longer available. We will restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.

The content of this Site is protected by copyright, trade marks, database right and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Site without our written permission.
The Site and Warlingham Wines provides content and comment from a range of sources and while we try to ensure that material included on this Site is correct, reputable and of high quality, Warlingham Wines does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to that content. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.

Where products and services fail to meet expectations Warlingham Wines will work to resolve all such disagreements quickly/ These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.
