Domaine dʼElise Chablis 1er Cru Cotes de Lechet 2009
This is a truly beautiful wine, an intense nose white with concentrated, crisp lemon tones. The palate is well balanced with rounded complex green apple flavours and backed by a mature acidity and minerality on the finish. It is aged on its fine lees for up to 12 months. To finish this complex and beautiful wine 10% is matured in oak barrels and blended before bottling.
This marvelous pocket size Domaine lies at Milly, on the slopes above the Premier Cru vineyards of the Cote de Lechet.
To enjoy this fanatastic wine at its best decant or allow it to breath in your glass for a feew minutes before drinking
Perfect with white meat and fish.
Serve at about 12℃
Drinking well now and will be excellent for 5-10 years if carefully cellared.
