Black Shuck Raspberry Liqueur is a scrumptious Vodka liqueur made with Norfolk grown raspberries and premium Vodka.
This is one of my favourite Liqueurs, sumptuous but a little less sweet than some liqueurs. This is great on its own with ice (optional) next to the fire in the winter, but really good in the summer made into a cocktail (See below).
35 ml Black Shuck Raspberry Liqueur
35 ml Vodka
35 ml Lemon and Lime Sours
Mix Black Shuck Raspberry Liqueur, Vodka, Lemon and Lime Sours into a cocktail shaker (if you have one or a mixing bowl!) with a handful of crushed ice. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
Also available in 35cl size.

Autumn 2011 saw Patrick and Sarah Saunders together with children Leanne, Nicola and William on their annual North Norfolk sloe harvest, to make their hugely popular sloe gin for friends and family. A bumper harvest (150 kilograms!) led to some serious discussions about widening their business horizons… and the Norfolk Sloe Company was born.
